I am a Creative Director leading and managing multiple creative teams and agencies in the development of advertising campaigns and product launches that authentically articulate a brand’s unique story and connect with customers. Working across multiple disciplines, I bring ideas to life and experiences for broadcast, web, social, apps, and retail.
While I still find myself deep in the work, what I truly enjoy is developing strong teams and mentoring individual creatives to conceptualize work that surprises and excites them, and clients too. I believe that helping people better understand their own creative process can help them take their work to the next level. And have fun doing it.
Throughout my career, I focused on digital advertising, user experience, and editorial content at large and small agencies in the Boston area, creating work for Saab, Gillette, Fidelity, Royal Caribbean, Sears, Vonage, Bahamas Tourism, Oral-B, Tyson, and more.
I found my passion for storytelling while studying journalism and working as a newspaper designer during my undergraduate experience. I explored digital storytelling and my creative process through Mass Art’s Dynamic Media Institute, an MFA program where I created a self-directed thesis focused on interactive narratives — telling stories through data and personal interviews with a non-linear approach.
I live outside of Boston in a sleepy town full of apple orchards and cider donuts and have far too many comic books (30+ year collector) that are definitely taking up too much space in a spare room in my house. I recently started sharing my favorite stories and art from them on instagram. Still want more? Check out this short Q&A I did with my friend Stacy Scarsella, CEO/EP Plaid Pony Productions.
